Shruti embarked on her career in real estate in 2008 – when it was at its peak – and has seen it through its cycles of highs and lows. She has used this experience to guide her investors toward making sound investments. Being an investor herself, Shruti understands her clients and helps them find suitable homes or investments depending on their individual needs. Putting herself in her client’s shoes to help them reach the right decision and her obsession with ‘all things real estate’ has allowed her to broker some of the most significant real estate transactions within her core markets.

With 12 years of experience in the industry and over 30 years in the Middle East, Shruti has amassed a network of Dubai-focused buyers and sellers across the region. All are equally engaged by Shruti’s warm style as she helps them understand the nuances of each community, its schools, resources, and the market.
